This software is SHAREWARE! If you use ToadNews for more than two weeks, please pay the shareware fee of $25 US (For Canadians, I'll accept $25 CDN instead, if you wish!). Please support Shareware authors and pay your shareware fee if you choose to use their products. Payment of the shareware fees insures that authors (including this one) will continue to create, update, and improve their products. I also consider features that registered user suggest INFINITELY more important than suggestions by unregistered users, and those suggestions will take precedence.
Another method of payment, is to send me a registered copy of any program/product you have written or created. I encourage you to use this method if you can, since I prefer to be paid in software :=). Note, if your program has been publicly released (available by anonymous FTP or BBS's), you can choose to send me a registration key instead. I will also accept BinHex'd programs sent to my e-mail address, jpmah@undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca, as well. Just make sure to include your name and address in your message, so that I can keep track of your name.
Corporate options are available -- please contact me if you want to use this software for multiple users/machines! I'm only too happy to discuss fees for bulk purchases!
You may use this software free for three weeks, for evaluation only. If after three weeks you find ToadNews useful, please send in your shareware payment of $25 US to the address on the registration form.
Please print, complete, and send in the following registration form.
Distribution Information
You may distribute the ToadNews program freely as long as all documentation is included with it. If you plan to re-distribute, and charge for the media you distribute it on (like CD-ROM), I grant you permission as long as you send me a free copy of the your distribution to address listed in the registration form. (I'd appreciate it if you also let me know that you did so).
